Who we are

We are a small mobile RV repair business based in Ocala, Florida, owned and operated by James Antley Jr. We started Jam Kat RV Solutions because we kept hearing the same story from RV owners: a shop quoted three weeks out, nobody explained what was actually wrong, and the problem came back a month later. We thought RV owners deserved something more direct than that.

Our whole approach comes down to three words: quality over quantity. We would rather take fewer jobs a week and do each of them properly than run a route packed so tight that nothing gets a real diagnosis. When we come out, we test the system, we find the cause instead of guessing at the symptom, and we tell you exactly what we found and what it will cost before we start working.

Trained, licensed and insured

We are NRVTA certified — trained specifically on recreational vehicle systems rather than picking things up as we go. RVs combine plumbing, 12V and 120V electrical, LP gas appliances, mechanical slide and awning systems and a roof that has to survive Florida weather. Formal training is what lets us move through those systems methodically instead of replacing parts and hoping. Jam Kat RV Solutions LLC is also fully licensed and insured, so the work on your rig is properly covered.

Mobile first — we come to you

We do not have a shop bay you have to tow your rig into. We drive to your campsite, your driveway, your RV park space or your storage lot anywhere within 60 miles of Ocala. For most owners that is the single biggest difference: you keep using your RV, you do not arrange a tow, and you are standing right there when we explain what we found.

Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and calls are answered after hours too, because RVs do not break on a schedule. If we cannot get to you the same day we will tell you honestly when we can, and if a job genuinely belongs in a full shop, we will say that too rather than take work we cannot complete well.
